零(ling)(ling)件在編完程序,對好刀(dao)(dao)后需要進行(xing)(xing)試切(qie)調試,為了防止(zhi)程序上出現錯誤(wu)和對刀(dao)(dao)的失誤(wu),造成撞機(ji)事故,我們應該先進行(xing)(xing)空(kong)行(xing)(xing)程模擬加工(gong)(gong)(gong),在自動CNC數控車(che)床(chuang)的座標系里面對刀(dao)(dao)具向右整體(ti)平移零(ling)(ling)件總長的2——3倍;然后開始(shi)模擬加工(gong)(gong)(gong),模擬加工(gong)(gong)(gong)完成以后確(que)認程序及(ji)對刀(dao)(dao)無誤(wu),再開始(shi)對零(ling)(ling)件進行(xing)(xing)加工(gong)(gong)(gong),首件零(ling)(ling)件加工(gong)(gong)(gong)完成后,先自檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),確(que)認合(he)(he)格(ge),再找專職(zhi)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查,專職(zhi)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)確(que)認合(he)(he)格(ge)后這(zhe)才表示調試結束(shu)。
